Ive always struggled to plan and meal prep, as I didn't really know what i was doing.
This book takes all that away! I used a couple of these recipes and it is so easy and very tasty food. I love the fact that all the ingredients are easy accessible and each recipe doesn't have loads of ingredients. Each recipe comes with its own macros, so its really easy to stay on track. The portions are the perfect size and plenty left for meals on the go. Love it!

I bought 2 recipe books and the meal planning book. I loved that I could add the list to my phone and it's saved me money as not buying things and then throwing a lot of food out. Following the batch cooking means everything prepped in advance and you can grab breakfast and lunch to take to work and my evening meal is already prepped so just needs heated up when you get home. Everything so far has been easy to prepare and they all taste good. Would recommend to everyone

Absolutely! A load of people have done this already. If you work better using a hard copy, then feel free to print them out.
Are the ingredients for the recipes easy to find in regular grocery stores?
Yes all the ingredients can be found in your local stores - I have listed which store I used for each recipe on the method and ingredient page. You shouldn’t need to go to any specialist stores for this.
Are the recipes suitable for beginners or do they require advanced cooking skills?
All the recipes are super simple and can be made by anyone!
Can I customize the recipes to suit my dietary restrictions or preferences?
Of course you can! I’ve included some recommended swaps and helpful tips for each recipe
What are the calories and prices for? The whole thing or per serving?
The calories, macros and prices are all per serving. E.g. if the recipes says it makes 3, the macros and price are always for ⅓ of the total recipe.
Can I adjust the serving sizes of the recipes to make more or less servings?
You sure can. You can easily adjust the recipes to suit your serving size. E.g. if a recipe makes 4 portions in the book, but you can split it out into 5, multiply the macros by 4 and then divide by 5.
You can even double/triple the ingredients to make your meal-preps last for weeks!
